Terms of Purchase for Quinety
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all purchases of products (the “Products”) from Quinety (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website www.quinety.com (the “Website”). By placing an order for Products on our Website, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Placement and Acceptance
1.1 Order Submission
When you place an order on our Website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the Products selected at the displayed price (in United States Dollars, USD) plus any applicable taxes (where required by law). All prices listed on the Website are in USD, and this is the sole currency accepted for payments.
1.2 Order Confirmation
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment confirming we have received your order (the “Order Acknowledgment”). This Order Acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate email (the “Order Confirmation”) once we have verified inventory availability, processed your payment, and formally accepted your order. The contract for the purchase of Products (the “Contract”) between you and us will only be formed when we send the Order Confirmation.
1.3 Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an Order Confirmation has been sent, you may not modify or cancel your order unless we explicitly agree in writing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (even after sending an Order Acknowledgment) if: (i) the Product is out of stock or unavailable; (ii) there is an error in the Product price or description; (iii) we suspect fraudulent activity; or (iv) we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your order after you have made payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within the timeframe outlined in Section 4.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all confirmed orders within 1-3 business days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
2.2 Delivery Time
After shipment, the estimated delivery time for all orders (regardless of destination) is 6-12 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including customs procedures (for international shipments), weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by you. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.
2.3 Shipping Costs
We offer free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. No additional shipping fees will be added to your order total at checkout.
2.4 Shipping Information
You must provide accurate and complete shipping information (including full address, contact number, and any necessary delivery instructions) at checkout. 3. Returns and Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged Product (in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached) for a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery. Custom or personalized Products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
3.2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Send an email to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the Product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the Product(s) back to us.
- Package the Product(s) securely (preferably in the original packaging) and include the RA number on the shipping label.
- Ship the return package to the address provided in the RA instructions. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) to us, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect Product (in which case we will reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt and verification).
3.3 Inspection of Returns
We will inspect returned Products upon receipt. If the Product meets the return eligibility requirements (unused, undamaged, in original packaging), we will process your refund. If the Product is not eligible for return (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags), we may refuse the return and ship the Product back to you at your expense.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Processing Time
Once we approve your return and confirm receipt of the eligible Product(s), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card companies may take 1-3 additional business days to process the refund).
4.2 Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the eligible Product(s) (in USD), excluding any original shipping costs (though we offer free shipping, so this typically does not apply). If a return is due to our error (e.g., defective Product, incorrect item shipped), we will also reimburse your return shipping costs (upon presentation of a valid shipping receipt).
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered by you.
- Products returned without the original packaging, tags, or labels.
- Custom or personalized Products (unless defective).
- Products returned after the 60-day return period.
